Cecilia Rose Fedroff passed away Monday, Jan. 2, 2012.

She was born Sept. 13, 1945, in Danville, the daughter of Steven William and Mary Ann Barrett Fedroff.

Cecilia retired in 2011 from Hope Enterprise after over 20 years as an LPN and was proud member of PADDNN.

She was an avid pool player and was a member of the Williamsport Women's pool league.

Cecilia is survived by two sons, Michael J. Fedroff of Williamsport and Samuel L. Edwards Jr. of Linden; her longtime companion, Samuel L. Edwards Sr.; three grandchildren; two brothers and three sisters; and many nieces and nephews who all loved her dearly.

Cece , as all her friends knew her was a strong but gentle advocate for all the individuals she supported. Cece would come to work and always say how lucky she was to be at Hope Enterprises, In her years working with us she was solely attached to a group home and four individuals. Once there was a restructure she became a nurse who was responsible to support all the individuals . She had concerns and was hesitant. But true to Cece she prevailed. We can remember when she would visit us everyday and one day she just sat there & looked around. She said she could not believe how much more her heart had grown and how much she loved being with all the individuals and staff. That would be not surprise to us at Hope Enterprises. Ce Ce was a gem. We will miss her and especially miss her being called her nickname" Little Bit" . She may have been small in stature but was big in all our hearts. Our prayer go out to her family, friend and loved ones. We will miss you ...... all the staff and individuals at HOPE.
